EPDPA represents 90% of EPD Non-Medical Home and Community Based Services . Consider Joining Us Today!
Annual Membership Dues

  • FY25 (Runs from 10/24 to 9/25) 
     

  • 1,000 members or more = $5,760
     

  • 500 to 1,000 = $3,120
     

  • 100 to 500 = $1,800
     

  • 50 to 100 = $1,140
     

  • < 50 = $840
     

  • Includes AZNHA dual membership and benefits  (Arizona In-Home Care Association)

  • Non-payment is considered cancelation of membership

  • Dues are NOT tax deductible
